About Our Presenters

Teresa Simpson is the Talent Acquisition Manager at SEKISUI Aerospace.   She has over 15 years of experience in leadership, human resources, recruiting, sales, and workplace training.   Teresa previously served on the Snohomish County HR Association board for 7 years and is currently Communications Director for Washington State SHRM Council.   Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Teresa moved to the Seattle area in 2012 and has embraced PNW activities such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, camping, river rafting, and paddleboarding.

Jinhee Mack is the Cofounder of Atwater Consulting Group, a minority, woman, and LGBQT+ owned staffing firm.   Previously she worked at Robert Half as a Recruiting Manager and after 2 kids and a pandemic, decided to branch off.   She grew up in Seoul and lived most of her life in New York City, where she was originally born.   She married a Seattle native and moved to the area in 2018.   When not recruiting, she can be found chasing after her 2 sons in various playgrounds across the Seattle area and is happy to report that suburban life driving a minivan is the dream come true.
