Join us for this fast-paced legal update to gain an understanding of the changing legal landscape. This presentation will provide a “year-in-review” of employment law developments at the Federal, state, and local level. You will also gain insight into the impact on your workplace including strategies to address or implement the new laws.
Participants will learn about a variety of new employment laws and decisions, including Federal and state wage and hour developments, limitations on non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave (including implementation issues and interaction with other laws), pregnancy accommodation requirements, and impact of the “me-too” movement in the workplace.
